OUR MACHINE
WIRE HARNESS ASSEMBLY
Wire harnesses ensure your machines run smoothly by protecting them from the risk of short circuits, environmental conditions, and general wear and tear.
With robust connectors and thermoplastic outer sheaths, power your large machinery with custom wire harnesses that can withstand the harshest conditions. Our innovative engineering solutions make your machines easier to maintain, more durable, and safer to operate.
COST-FRIENDLY
With our long-term relationships with a wide variety of suppliers, we are able to deliver cost savings and scale our production up or down.
CONSISTENT
Our automated and semi-automated cutting, stripping, crimping, moulding, soldering and testing machines help us to provide consistent quality.
CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS
Our qualified engineers can propose solutions best fit for the current, voltage, frequency and temperature of your machinery.
OUR PROCESS
OUR PROVEN PROCESS
Our attention to details at every phase of the process allows us to deliver excellence.
We conduct many rounds of testing to ensure that all goods leaving our premises meet your requirements.
SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
We integrate the requirements we receive from customers into a schematic diagram to chart how to meet their needs best.
CABLE PROCESSING
Our automatic cut, strip and crimp machine allows us to have high-quality production in large volumes.
CABLE ASSEMBLY
With an assembly routing board in place, we ensure accurate and consistent assembly designation.
FUNCTIONAL TESTING
We conduct 100% functional testing of goods to ensure the continuity and polarity of the wire harness.
VISUAL INSPECTION
We conduct a visual inspection of the dimensions, sizes, components, and requirements of all our goods.
QUALITY CONTROL
We conduct an incumbent inspection on all raw materials to ensure they are within specifications.
IN-PROCESS CONTROL
We measure the crimp height and width every 2 hours and run a pull-test for the crimp terminal to meet IEC standards.
OUTGOING INSPECTION
We perform an outgoing inspection based on the AQL Sampling Plan.
